Clothes: Very conservative and classy. Dresses usually in black, white, or gray colors. Sometimes on a pale or faded pink, blue, or green. Green reminds her of her hometown. If you do see her in a skirt, it's usually black and formfitting, matched by a lacy top. Shoes consist of old time-y boots with leggings or tights. If not boots then patent leather pumps. If you EVER see her in pants, they are usually black or khaki fitted jeans, still with heels, and lacy tops. She loves pearls and silk, and her hair is usually curl, pinned in an old-fashioned way.
Personality: Whisper is harsh, cruel, and fierce. Most people take her as a sweet, naive little girl that they must protect until she opens her mouth. She is brave and not afraid to speak her mind, and usually doesn't hesitate to do so. Used to getting her way, she'll step on anyone she can to get it.
Strengths: Her fearlessness, determination, and fashion sense. Yes, she feels powerful in the right pair of shoes.

History: Whisper has always been the outspoken one, despite her name, of the two
twins. She and Wind lives in Ireland in the 1800s, were they were
changed. The sisters were Orphans, and when the apocalypse rolled
around, they were promoted Generals.
